As a GetReminds Consultant, a typical day may include:
Delivering outstanding training and friendly communication with new and current clients.
Being a GetReminds expert and training clients on all aspects of the software.
Applying a combination of process, product and industry knowledge to deliver a WOW onboarding experience to clients.
Listening, comprehending, and processing clients’ needs and then helping them achieve their goals in the software.
Managing your appointments and follow up tasks by leveraging CRM and productivity tools to ensure timely response to client emails and calls, providing a STELLAR client experience.
Creating support tickets on behalf of clients when technical assistance is needed.
Leading data conversion projects from beginning to end ensuring on-time delivery to clients while setting correct expectations.
Using cutting-edge tools to organize and communicate product suggestions and feature requests.
Assisting with application testing before a product release and providing feedback based on your experiences with clients.
Staying current with system changes and product updates.
Working closely with sales, marketing, development and other departments as needed.
You may be a perfect fit if you:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree or have 1-3 years of experience onboarding or training clients in the SaaS/software industry.

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) Will:
Wow and delight each customer, every time.
Deliver world class front-line support for inbound calls, tickets and live chats with existing customers.
Passionately and compassionately listen to customers and solve their problem or ensure them you will find a solution to their problem by escalation to tier 2 when necessary.
Create an amazing experience for customers by providing timely status updates, issue resolutions and step-by-step instructions on usability questions.
Be empowered to go above and beyond and allow customers to hear your smile.
Use really cool tools like ZenDesk and Live Chat to manage the support queue, JIRA to communicate urgent issues to the development team, and Prod Pad to gather customer feedback and suggestions.
Assist with application testing before product releases.
Stay current with system changes and product updates.
Work closely with sales, marketing, development and other departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and customer service skills a must.
Must have strong documentation skills
Must have the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence.
Passionate about solving customer issues.
Must love talking to people and connecting with customer.
Experience with CRM systems desired.
